To make an order the customer needs to register. During the first order the customer is asked to:
a) Enter his/her name and other asked information
b) Agree that the information will be stored in the Keiko Europe's client registry. Keiko Europe agrees not to give out any information on clients to anyone. Keiko Europe will not ask or store the clients social security number, banking information or credit card information. Credit card payments will go directly through the Finnish credit card service company "Luottokunta".
Clients must take care and caution when operating in the web store.
2. Binding of order
Communication between parties will go through e-mail, mail, or by phone (+358405158655). The client agrees to monitor his e-mail for the order confirmation after making the order.
A binding agreement takes place once Keiko Europe has sent the order confirmation by e-mail.
The client has the right to cancel parts or all of the order before the delivery. This can be done by e-mail or phone. The order will be seen as delivered once the client has received an announcement from the post office that the delivery can be picked up.
After the client has made the order, Keiko Europe has no right to alter the conditions of this agreement.
A valid price is the price that can be seen on the Keiko Europe web store. The valid price is notified in Euros and the Finnish VAT (23%) is included in the price. Keiko Europe reserves the right for price alteration.
Shipment costs will be added to the delivery. Shipping costs are calculated according to the Finnish Mail postal prices. For private clients in the EU we will deliver orders of over 200,00 EUR without freight costs. To clubs and wholesale dealers order of 400,00 EUR or more will be delivered without freight costs.
If we have the ordered product in stock, delivery in Finland will take from one to five days (1-5) from the day the payment is seen on our account.
In case the delivery is needed by a certain date it must be mentioned when making the order. If reasonably possible, Keiko Europe will try to act according to the client's wishes.
When purchasing different products that have been given special delivery times, the delivery will be made according to the longest given delivery time.
Keiko Europe only delivers within the European Union. All deliveries will be made via the Finnish Mail office, UPS or Matkahuolto, unless otherwise agreed.
Products can be picked up from the TJJS Kamppailuvaruste Turku retail store/logistics warehouse. Check the web page for details.
5. Payment conditions
Payments can be made in the following ways:
After the payment has been registered in our account we will deliver the order immediately. Payment sums including payment information can be found in the order confirmation sent by e-mail.
b) Credit card payment.
The order will be confirmed with the credit card payment that is verified electronically.
We can bill clubs and wholesale customers.

A private client has a right to return UNUSED products within 14 days from the day products were received. Returned product must be in the same shape as when received and suitable for sale.
Special offer products cannot be returned or exchanged..
PRIOR to returning a product, the client should contact Keiko Europe by e-mail: email@example.com. The returned product should be sent with a description of the issue and bank account number for a possible reimbursement to the following street address: "TJJS Kamppailuvaruste Oy, Siutlankatu 1, 20380 Turku". Returned products will be checked before reimbursement.
7. Shipments damaged in delivery
Despite careful packing, packages can sometimes get damaged while being transported. Because of this we recommend to check the package first thing in the post office with the mail officer present. In case the package is damaged during shipment and the ordered products are damaged, a damage report must be made at the mail office. After this contact Keiko Europe for the delivery of a new product.
In case a wrong or damaged etc. product has been delivered to the client, the client should inform Keiko Europe in a reasonable time either by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to the street address: "TJJS Kamppailuvaruste Oy, Siutlankatu 1, 20380 Turku". A wrong delivery should be returned according to the instructions given by Keiko Europe (see section 6). Returns should be made after sending the claim. After receiving the returned delivery Keiko Europe will immediately refund the paid sum to the client.
9. Force majeure
Keiko Europe cannot be held responsible for delays, difficulties and possible cancellations due to reasons Keiko Europe has no possibility to affect, such as war, nature disasters, embargos, acts of authority or any such action.
10. Solving conflicts
Conflicts and disagreements caused by this trade agreement will be solved applying the Finnish Law.
