Shipping & returns

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the Finnish Mail postal prices.
  • For private clients in the EU we will deliver orders of over 200,00 EUR without freight costs.
  • For clubs and wholesale dealers the limit for free delivery is a total order of 400,00 EUR or more.

Delivery time

  • If we have the ordered product in stock, the delivery in Finland will take one to five days from the day the payment is on our account.
  • If different delivery times are given by Keiko Europe for different products in an order, the products will be delivered according the longest promised delivery time.
  • All deliveries will be made via the Finnish Mail office, UPS or Matkahuolto if not agreed otherwise by the client and Keiko Europe.

Returns and exchanges

  • A private client has a right to return UNUSED products within 14 days from the day the products were received. Returned product must be in the same condition as when received and suitable for sale.
  • Special offer products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The costs for returns and product exchanges will be paid by the customer. Returns due to warranty will be paid by Keiko Europe.
  • The fastest way to change product, is to return the wrong prodcuct with your account number and make a new order of the desired product.
  • PRIOR to returning a product, the client should contact Turku Store by e-mail: myynti@kamppailuvaruste.fi. The returned product should be sent with a description of the issue and bank account number for a possible reimbursement to the following street address: " Keiko Europe, Siutlankatu 1, 20380 Turku". Returned products will be checked before reimbursement.

Shipments damaged in delivery

  • Despite careful packing, packages can sometimes get damaged while being transported. Because of this we recommend to check the package first thing in the post office with the mail officer present. In case the package is damaged during shipment and the ordered products are damaged, a damage report must be made at the mail office. After this contact Keiko Europe for the delivery of a new product.
